Frank R. Bowerman Landfill is located at 11002 Bee Canyon Access Rd., CA 92602. The hours are Mon - Sat: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM for commercial haulers only. This is not a public facility. Prima Deshecha Landfill is located at 32250 Avenida La Pata, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. The hours are Mon – Sat: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For additional information about the Prima Deshecha Landfill CLICK HERE.

OC Waste & Recycling accepts cash, checks (two checks are required) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Mobile payments are also accepted (Apple Pay and Google Pay). No Venmo.

Yes. Clean soil is accepted at our Olinda Alpha Landfill for a fee. Visit our fees page for pricing. If you are depositing more than 8 cubic yards, you must follow our soil disposal procedure found on our soil and disposal page.

Yes. We accept clean, broken asphalt (no rebar and no petromat) at Olinda Alpha and Prima Deshecha landfills and it is exempt from fees.

Yes. Green material is accepted and is charged our normal disposal fees which can be found on our landfill fees page.

We do not accept tires at any of our landfills. Please contact your local tire store or call 714-433-6000 for additional information.

Yes. Appliances are accepted at our landfills and are charged normal disposal fees.

Yes. We do accept mattresses - however we recommend you contact a mattress recycler found at https://byebyemattress.com/programs-by-state/california/#ca-locator to ensure your mattress is recycled.

The Olinda Alpha Landfill in Brea and the Prima Deshecha Landfill in San Juan Capistrano are both open to residents of Orange County.

The Frank R. Bowerman Landfill is only open to commercial haulers.
