Free Compost & Mulch Program
OC Waste & Recycling is offering FREE compost and mulch to County residents, commercial businesses, local cities, and government agencies. Compost and mulch support sustainable landscaping and healthy soil, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote local organics recycling required by Senate Bill 1383. The free product is recycled from curbside green waste by the County’s OC Greeneries and given back to our communities. Material is available for self pickup at no charge, or in bulk (anything over 5 cubic yards), including optional paid delivery through our organic recycler partner, Agromin (delivery fees are based on quantity ordered). You will be provided with a coupon code during the order process to apply towards free compost and mulch.
