Our Materials Exchange Program is located at each of our Household Hazardous Waste Collection Centers. Orange County residents can take home partially used household, yard, and car care products for FREE.
It's easy!
You don't need to drop anything off to pick up an item. Be sure to stop at any of our four centers next time you need any products for a project. You can choose up to five items per week, per household. That way we have enough free items for everyone who uses the Material Exchange Program. It's easy and it's FREE!
