What is the program?
This program is a partnership between OC Waste & Recycling and Agromin, a leading organic waste recycler, to provide large-quantity compost and mulch deliveries for residents, commercial businesses, local cities, and government agencies.
With Agromin’s expanded capabilities, we now offer convenient deliveries of our compost and mulch products throughout Orange County—and to locations beyond the County.
The program supports sustainable landscaping practices, encourages participation in local organics recycling efforts, and meets Orange County compliance with state diversion and recycling regulations, including Senate Bill (SB) 1383.
Residents and businesses can receive compost or composted mulch for pick-up with OC Waste & Recycling or delivery directly from Agromin.
- Need a small amount of compost or mulch? Schedule an appointment at OClandfills.com/compost for self-serve option. Don’t forget to bring a shovel and a container.
- Have a trailer or commercial vehicle and want the mulch or compost scooped in with a loader? Choose pickup at OC Waste & Recycling.
