| What is a Stop & Swap? |
| A unique program that allows you to drop off household,
yard, and car maintenance products you no longer
need and pick up other products you can use at home
for free! Typical products include: paint, automotive
supplies, pesticides, weed killers, cleaning products
and much, much, more! |

| Where are they located? |
| The Stop & Swaps are located at the HHWCCs
in Irvine, Anaheim and Huntington Beach. |

How does the Stop & Swap work? |
It’s quick – Drive through the HHWCC
and drop off the products you no longer need but
can’t throw in the trash. While you wait in
your car, an attendant removes the unwanted materials.
These products will either be added to the Stop
& Swap for someone else to use or be treated
and disposed of in an environmentally responsible
way.
It’s easy – Then park your car and
visit the Stop & Swap area. Select products
you can use at home, complete a simple form telling
us what you are taking, and away you go!
It’s FREE – Not only is it free,
you actually SAVE money when you take these products
home instead of buying new ones.
